Therapy for Teens: Navigate Anxiety, Stress & Supporting Self-Discovery
Being a teenager isn’t always easy. Between academic pressure, friendships, family expectations, and social media, it can feel like there’s no space to just breathe. I specialize in working with adolescents (13+) who are navigating this complex stage of life. My goal is to create a space where teens feel safe to open up, process their emotions, and develop the confidence to handle life’s ups and downs. Whether it’s struggling with school stress, self-esteem, or big life transitions, I help teens find their voice, build emotional resilience, and gain the coping skills they need to thrive.

With a background in education and social-emotional learning, I know how important it is for teens to feel truly understood. My approach is supportive and non-judgmental, meeting your teen where they are while helping them build the tools to move forward with confidence and self-awareness.
