You Deserve a Therapist that Meets You Where You Are
Therapy isn’t just about talking, it’s about learning, growing, and applying real strategies and tools that can help you feel more in control of your life. My approach is compassionate yet action-oriented, giving you the space to express yourself while also equipping you with practical tools to navigate challenges. And maybe a little push when needed.

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and faith-based counseling (when requested) to help clients build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or major life transitions, we’ll work together to develop strategies that fit you, your values, your goals, and your unique journey.

Most importantly, I believe in meeting you where you are. Whether you're just starting your healing journey or looking for new tools to manage stress, my goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel empowered to take the next step.
Empowering Women’s Mental Health & Well-Being
As women, we often carry the weight of many roles, caregiver, professional, partner, friend, and the list goes on. And we do this all while trying to manage our own mental and emotional well-being. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or self-doubt, or navigating a major life transition, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a space where you finally put yourself first.

I specialize in working with women facing life’s many challenges, from career shifts and motherhood to healing from past trauma and building self-confidence. My goal is to help you develop the tools to manage stress, set boundaries, and break free from self-doubt so you can move through life with clarity and confidence.

You don’t have to handle everything on your own. Whether you’re working through personal challenges or simply need support in prioritizing yourself, I’m here to help you find balance, tap into your inner strength, and create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic to you.
Guiding Teens Through Confidence & Challenges
Navigating the teenage years isn’t easy. Between school stress, social pressures, and figuring out who they are, many teens struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and overwhelming emotions. As a former teacher and school counselor, and as a certified principal with over 11 years of experience in education, I’ve seen firsthand how these challenges impact teens both inside and outside the classroom.

I specialize in helping teens (13+) manage academic stress, social anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. I know that every teen is different, and my goal is to meet them where they are, whether they need help developing confidence, improving communication skills, or simply having a space to be heard.

With a background in both education and mental health, I bridge the gap between school-related challenges and emotional well-being. Whether your teen is struggling with grades, friendships, or pressures from family and social media, therapy can give them the tools to navigate life with resilience, confidence, and self-awareness.
Strengthening Couples & Communication
Healthy relationships don’t just happen, they take work, patience, and a willingness to grow together. Whether you’re dating, engaged, or married, communication challenges, unresolved conflicts, and life’s stressors can create distance between partners. Couples therapy provides a space to reconnect, strengthen emotional bonds, and build the skills needed for a lasting relationship.

I help couples navigate communication barriers, trust issues, conflict resolution, and emotional disconnection. My approach is supportive yet solution-focused, helping each partner feel heard while also working toward practical strategies to improve the relationship.
If you’re engaged, I also offer premarital counseling to help build a strong foundation for a healthy marriage.

Relationships thrive when both partners feel valued and understood. Whether you're working through challenges or simply want to strengthen your connection, I’m here to help you create a relationship built on trust, respect, and open communication.
Faith-Based Counseling: Healing Through Mind, Body & Spirit
For many, faith is a source of strength, hope, and healing. If spirituality is an important part of your life, I offer faith-based counseling as an additional layer of support in your mental health journey. Whether you’re seeking guidance through a faith based perspective or simply want to explore how faith and mental wellness connect, I provide a space where you can integrate your beliefs into the healing process.

I understand that therapy is deeply personal, as such faith-based counseling is always optional and tailored to your comfort level. My goal is to meet you where you are, honoring your values, experiences, and personal beliefs while equipping you with practical tools for growth and resilience.

If you’re looking for a therapeutic approach that blends emotional well-being with faith-centered support, I’m here to walk alongside you.
